Man charged with DUI after proving sobriety has case dismissed

On Feb. 26, Texas police who took a man into custody for suspicion of DUI on Jan. 13 after he blew a .00 percent on a breath test defended their actions. According to the report, police officers stopped the man after he failed to stop at a stop sign.

Texas man facing DWI charges

A traffic accident led to an overturned tanker truck and chemical spill in Harris County on Sept. 3. In relation to the accident, one man from Cypress is facing charges for driving while intoxicated after being believed to have caused the wreck.
